Pattern Maker / Pattern Director
As a Pattern Maker, you are responsible for developing and creating precise patterns that form the foundation of our collections. With strong technical expertise and a refined sense for fit and proportions, you accompany the entire product development process — from the first idea to series production. You work closely with our sample sewing department and ensure that quality and fit meet the highest standards, enabling our products to succeed on the market.
- Developing first-fit prototypes and preparing them for production using our CAD system (Gemini)
- Grading patterns and adapting them to different sizes and materials (including shrinkage values)
- Clarifying processing details and optimising fit in coordination with the sample sewing department
- Creating model descriptions and technical documentation
- Preparing marker layouts for cost calculations
- Adjusting and improving existing patterns to enhance fit, functionality and production efficiency
- Completed training as a Pattern Maker / Pattern Director or a degree in Clothing Technology / Pattern Technology
- Several years of professional experience in developing production‑ready patterns
- Practical CAD experience (ideally Gemini) and confident use of MS Office
- Strong sense for fit and proportions
- Structured, reliable and team‑oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and organisational talent
