What started as a vision in Frankfurt am Main has grown into a company with a clear identity and strong values. We have developed step by step, always focused on creating real value for our customers.
With Expertise and Dedication
In 2009, Josef Kaiser took over the management and moved the company to the district of Passau. In 2021, we continued this path with a modern new facility in Ruhstorf an der Rott. The building is spacious, contemporary and serves as the central hub for the development, design and production of our workwear.
We aim to deliver high‑quality products and take responsibility for the people behind them — our team, our partners and everyone involved in production. We secure more than 30 jobs in Germany, with additional positions in the European Union and Asia. All production takes place in high‑quality facilities that comply with ILO conventions. Regular audits ensure that our standards — and those of our customers — are always met.

PRODUCTION BASED ON ILO CORE LABOUR STANDARDS
Oehmigen produces mainly in Europe and in certified facilities in Asia. These facilities meet European standards, including BSCI. Around 1,280 employees work every day with dedication and skill to ensure that our products deliver the quality Oehmigen is known for.
We believe that good products can only be created where people can work under good conditions. That is why we value fair contracts, proper wages and clear health and safety standards. All our production sites follow the core labour standards of the International Labour Organization (ILO). This applies worldwide and without exception. We also provide regular internal training. This keeps our team up to date and ensures the high level of workmanship our customers expect.
